Well Designed, Less Pain – Recommended!,
The “Ascensia Microlet Lancing Device” is well made and allows for almost painless testing of blood sugar (when used in conjunction with Ascensia MICROLET Lancets – 25 gauge – Box of 100) and almost any test meter (I recommend Ascensia CONTOUR Monitoring System).
The Lancing Device has a depth gauge that needs to be set for your personal needs and comfort to get the proper blood sample size. Once you find the minimum depth that works well for you, most of the future testing should be mostly painless.

THIS LANCET DEVICE IS THE LEAST PAINFUL OF ALL I HAVE TRIED. YOU CAN ADJUST IT TO YOUR COMFORT LEVEL.

Bayer Microlet,
This device lances the finger producing a small droplet of blood for the standard diabetic glucose test. It holds the lance and allows for depth adjustment, is spring loaded, and actuated with a large button to initiate the lancing action. It works and the function is simple.
